We accept returns within a 3-day window from the original date of purchase. It’s important to note that we can only process returns for items that are in the same condition as when they were received, and they must be in their original packaging.
Maintaining the quality of our products is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly request that you ensure the product’s quality is preserved during the return period. If you find any issues with the product, please reach out to our customer service team promptly, and they will guide you through the return process.
The following products are ineligible for return under any circumstances:
1. Products damaged or degraded due to usage or overuse.
2. Products missing items, with damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, tampered packaging.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
You acknowledge that the availability of replacement requests depends on stock availability. In cases where stock is not available for replacement, a refund will be issued. Replacement requests are only valid for the same product if it has been damaged during transit, delivered incorrectly, or if the package itself is damaged.
Please note that product exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances, and this policy will not be altered. Additionally, Elviot Quintessential Cosmetique Inc. holds the right to refuse transactions or delay refund processes for users with a history of questionable charges, such as multiple bulk order cancellations.

b. A back image of the product.
c. An image of the outer packaging of the product.
