It is the registered owner of the Elviõt brand as well as the owner and operator of the Elviot.com website. Elviõt is involved in the marketing of consumer goods, including skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items. If a court of competent jurisdiction establishes and orders Elviõt’s aggregate liability in response to a claim, it will never go beyond returning the money that a customer was charged for purchases made in accordance with an Order, which created and established the liability.
It is recognized and agreed upon that Elviõt shall not be liable, under any circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses or damages, including on grounds of opportunity loss, profit loss, reputation loss, or loss of business opportunities. This is notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein.

This website does not in any way constitute or imply Elviõt endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of any third party, information, product, or service. Any references to names, marks, products, or services of third parties, or hypertext links to third-party sites or information, are made purely for your convenience.

Agreement for Sale

When we list and show a Product(s) on the Website, it serves as an invitation for you to submit a bid to buy the Product(s). Similarly, when you place an Order on the Site, it represents an offer made by you to buy the Product(s) from us.

After placing an order with us to purchase a product or products, Elviõt will send you an email (“Order Confirmation”) confirming receipt of your order and including the specifics of your order. The order confirmation does not imply that we have accepted your offer; rather, it is just an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

When the Product(s) are delivered or dispatched to you and you get an email confirming that the Product(s) has(have) been sent or dispatched to you, we will only accept your offer and complete the contract of sale for the Product(s) you requested. Before the product is shipped, we have the right, in our sole discretion, to reject or cancel any order for any reason.

You can get individual Shipment Confirmations for each shipment if your order is shipped in multiples. You and us will enter into a separate contract of sale for the Product(s) mentioned in each Shipment Confirmation and accompanying dispatch.
You attest that the Product(s) you ordered are for your internal or personal use only, not for resale or commercial gain, as per your agreement with us. According to our Returns and Cancellation Policy, you may cancel your order for a product or products.
All orders submitted on the website will be fulfilled if the product(s) are available, if we accept your offer in accordance with the aforementioned terms, and if you continue to abide by the terms and conditions.

By using this website’s services, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and that you have exercised reasonable caution before making any purchases or transactions through it.

Elviõt has given great attention to every detail when preparing the material of this website, especially making sure that every product has been accurately described. Packing may differ from what is pictured. The weights, measurements, and capacities shown are simply estimates. Pricing

The price details that apply to the Product(s) will be those that were given to you when you placed your order. The website only displays prices in Indian Rupees. The prices shown all include GST. If the bank or payment service provider rejects the payment transaction that you initiated, Elviõt will not be held liable. Please be aware that third parties’ terms and conditions may apply to payment and gateway services provided by them.

Elviõt disclaims any liability in the event that an order is not registered or is lost as a result of network issues, including but not limited to equipment failure, unclear or disrupted network traffic, non-receipt of payment from banks or payment gateways, and/or fees assessed by the network operator(s). Any disagreement regarding the same will be resolved between the network operator and the customer, not with Elviõt.

Should your legal connection with Elviõt terminate, this condition will still be in effect.

Termination

Unless and until Elviõt or you terminate them, the terms and conditions stated above will remain in effect. You can send an email to help@elviot.com to end your business engagement with us. Even when your account is deleted or terminated, your personal information might still be kept on file in the archive on our systems. We don’t accept liability for information kept by outside service providers.

Elviõt has the right to end the legal connection with you at any moment, for any reason, and without giving you any notice. In such case, Elviõt may immediately stop granting you access to the website. Elviõt will not be held liable for this termination.
You agree to immediately destroy any content you have downloaded or otherwise accessed from the Website, along with any copies of Intellectual Property, upon Elviõt or you terminating the legal relationship.

Upon termination, Elviõt will still be able to use and display any reviews or comments you publish on the website.

Regulation of Law and Authority

The laws of India shall apply to the interpretation of this User Agreement. The only courts with jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of this agreement will be those in Punjab.

Elviõt does not forfeit its right to take action in response to any other breaches made by you or others simply because it chooses not to take action in response to the first one.
